Oil the sealing ring: Before installation, apply a small amount of engine oil on the sealing ring of the filter to lubricate and avoid dry friction between the sealing ring and the filter mounting seat during installation. Before installing the oil filter, if the seal ring is not oiled, the seal ring cannot slide smoothly in the groove and on the base during installation and rotation.
