Vertical Horizontal Capsule Polishing And Sorting Machine Vibrating Powder Dust Cleaning And Polisher For Capsule
It is an advanced capsule polishing machine with sorting function, the whole machine is made from stainless steel, fast connection of roller brush leads to disassemble easily and clean thoroughly. The machine adopts inverter controlling the speed of the motor, so it can bear big start-up force and run very stably and reliable. It is not only applied for polishing capsule and eliminating the static electricity, but also applied for ejecting empty capsule, little dosage capsule, separated capsule and fragment, this machine is suitable for all sizes of capsules.
The LFP100 model also polishes and removes powder from tablets, pills, seeds, and other product.
MACHINE FEATURES
1.It has the dual function of polishing and lifting the capsule, leaving a high space for connecting subsequent equipment;
2.The inlet and outlet of the machine can be adjusted 360 degrees, which is convenient for production and saves space;
3.Capsule sorting device can automatically sort out capsules with slight loading, empty shell, debris and body cap separation
4.The whole machine adopts the quick-fit connection structure, which makes the disassembly and installation of the machine more convenient and quicker;
5.The brush on the spindle can be removed, cleaned thoroughly, and the machine is cleaned without dead ends. It meets the requirements of GMP.
The LFP100 model also polishes and removes powder from tablets, pills, seeds, and other product.
