Product Description
Our Lightweight wall panel production line (Horizontal mold car) is a new type of wall panel production line developed based on our special experiences and mature technology. The horizontal mold cars is more flexible to produce different length of wall panel. The horizontal mold car can produce 20 pcs per set-We are the first Chinese factory to develop this kind machine to produce more panels per set car. In this way customers can save labor cost. Compare with the vertical mold car, the horizontal mold car could produce three types of wall panels with different molds. Includes EPS Cement Sandwich Panel, Solid Wall Panel (without surface board) and hollow core wall panel. If you would like to produce the hollow core wall panel, the horizontal type is the best choice.

1.Lightweight: The lighter material of the wall panel is only weighs 25% to 40% of the weight of the traditional bricks. The amplitude reduces the longitudinal load of the building structure, reduces the building's own weight, and reduces the construction cost.

3.Impermeability: The water absorption rate of lightweight composite wallboard is only 3.3%, which has reached the international advanced level in the same industry.

6. After raw materail mxied well ,will be casted into the forming machine by the pump+ pipe , no need to vibrate, As the pipe keep under slurry durting casting , so can avoid air bubbles.

For big production capacity, we will equip second mixer to help you increase working efficiency. And use the pump to cast the slurry into the mould car, in this way, the slurry will be more even, with less air bubble, besides it can keep the working platform clear without wasted raw material. Besides, it can avoid the difference between two end of two board by workers vibration, and protect the integrity of the calcium silicate board, and ensure the compactness of both sides.

The end of the shaft has four seals, no oil leakage, no slurry leakage, and automatic oil filling maintenance.
