SupLab-3 semi-automatic suppository filling production line has stable and efficient production processes such as filling and sealing, with a production capacity of 4000-5000 capsules per hour.
1. The filling accuracy is ±2%. The filling barrel has an electric heating and heat preservation system. The top is equipped with a uniform mixer for chemical production. The filling accuracy is high and the pump is sent to the filling head. The barrel rests and refills next time.
2. After sealing and filling, the suppository enters the sealing area: heating mold (heating), sealing mold (batch number).

1.SupLab-3 suppository filling and sealing machine is suitable for the production of special shapes such as bullet-shaped and torpedo-shaped suppositories.
2.PLC programmable control and man-machine interface operation, simple operation, convenient adjustment, accurate temperature control and stable operation.
3.Adopt temperature sensor and microcomputer control system to realize high-precision constant temperature control.
4.The liquid storage tank is made of 316L stainless steel, with suitable volume, heat preservation and heating function, and accurate temperature control; a stirring device is installed in the tank to ensure the uniformity of the liquid in the barrel at any time. The liquid storage tank is connected with the filling mechanism through the pipeline, and the liquid is kept warm and circulated to ensure the fluidity of the liquid and meet the needs of filling.
5.Adopt plug-in linear filling mechanism, accurate positioning, no liquid drop, no hanging on the wall; single grain measurement is 0.5-4ml, and the filling error is plus or minus 2%. The design is simple and reasonable, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

Q: How many different types of suppository machine you have? We are the starter for this product, what is your suggestion?
A: We have Four different type machine according to different production capacity requirement, They are SupLab-1, SupLab-2, SupLab-7 and SupLab-15. For the freshman in suppository field, we will suggest client to use our smallest model first, it is for both R&D and Production purpose. It comes with Forming, Filling, Colling, Sealing and Cutting. It is an Ideal starter machine.
Q: We have limit length in our workshop, but we need biggest production capacity machine, what is your suggestion?
A: We can make the machine as U shape which will save many space on length.
Q: Compare to the other manufacturer, what is your product advantage?
